What areas do you cover for delivery?
A. Greater Manchester and surrounding areas.

Q. Can we have inflatables on concrete?
A. No.

Q. Can we use the Inflatable in wet conditions?
A. Yes, light rain / showers are okay. Most of the inflatables have built in rain covers. We will run over all safety aspects in your safety talk when we deliver your product.

Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. All hires outdoors are cancelled in heavy rain and thunder storms. All deposits will be refunded.

Q. Can a bouncy castle go indoors?
A. Yes. However, certain halls only take lower height castles. Please refer to the venue for guidance.

Q. What Times are delivery and collection's made?
A. Deliveries start from 9am in peak season and collections start 6 pm. 

Q. Do you hire overnight?
A. Yes. Extra charges will apply. Your garden must be locked and secure. The inflatable is your responsibility until collection.

Q. Can adults go on bouncy castles?

A. Yes we have a range of adult inflatables.
